So this is how is learning C proggraming launguage going for me so far
Basically i have been learning C for around, hmm maybe like a month or so?But to be fair i feel like i was learning for actually maybe like 2 weeks, i was a bit burned out for some time, and i didnt felt if i should keep learning or if i should quit.
This has been both a fun expirience and also insanelly exausting. But i am trying my best, and i will try as much as i can to keep learning!
First week
In the very first week i was proggressing the most. I managed to write a lot lines of code (with help of others obviously), and i released the very first version of vfetch. After that i started improving it, a LOT of functionalities was added, for example: more modules, configuration at compille time where whitepearl has helped me a lot with making it.
Second week
During that time there was refinements to vfetch, after that the developement of it slowed down, i was more intrested in looking to make a Wayland Compositor rather than making a simple fetching tool.Allthough a lot of people started making commits to vfetch, for example for improved FreeBSD support aswell as for other *BSD based operating systems.
Third week
This week i spent mostly by reading C Proggraming Book, the legendary K&R in Second Edition.I Have'nt finished it fully yet, it is entertaining but i it can be also exausting for people who does not enjoy reading books. But it's great vault of usefull information, K&R C covers the entire C Proggraming Launguage.
Even though there are better alternatives, for example like K&K C Proggraming Launguage - Modern Approach i'd say that you wont have a bad time reading K&R!
And thats pretty much it, i dont think there is a lot of stuff i could tell, i have pretty much covered everything so i hope you guys enjoyed this article!
